This snowy winter photo is of Hundertwasserhaus, an apartment building in Vienna, Austria that was designed by artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser.

Its playful design of uneven floors, colorful facade and biomorphic forms are reminiscent of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí.
This particular building contains private apartments and offices.

It was built between 1983 and 1985 with the help of architect Joseph Krawina.

I purchased this photo when I visited Vienna in 1997.
