Each issue featured 32-pages of information including news, facts, pictures and more.
The editorial in each issue says it was written by one of the Stones.
The hardest (and thus most valuable) issue to find is the last one – #30. But the first two issues are also scarce.
I have the entire set of these excluding numbers 1,3 and 7. They are in excellent condition except for a couple of early issues that have some spine wear. Where should I be selling these to get fair value and have them find a proper keeper?
Hi Chris –
I think eBay would be the best place to try and sell your issues. You could try and sell them individually or as a lot. IF you had the complete set (all 30 issues ), then you could certainly try a more traditional auction house — one that specializes in rock and roll (like Heritage). But as you don’t have the complete set, put a few up on eBay and see how it goes. Good luck!
I have number 1 -20 if the rolling stone monthly. They where my fathers. The first one is in good condition apart from som marks on the cover as it was too of the pile but the rest are in excellent condition. Could you give me some advise on how I would go about selling these to get my Mum the most money possible. Thank
